As a Creative Director, strategist, and content creator at Cramer & Krasselt, I spearheaded a web and video content initiative designed to elevate the Milwaukee Police Department's image during a challenging period. Working hand-in-hand with the Chief of Police and a talented creative team, we aimed to improve public sentiment towards the MPD. The project's unique approach centered on the perspective of the communities the MPD serves. By focusing on the five districts within the MPD's jurisdiction, we showcased the human element – the officers and residents – alongside important safety statistics. This campaign aimed to keep the public informed and safe. The work garnered recognition at numerous local award shows and played a significant role in successfully repositioning the MPD during a pivotal time when fostering trust between the community and law enforcement was paramount.
