From my very humble beginnings as a designer, to this day I get excited about solving problems. My career has taken me from places where I've led television shoots, content productions, communication planning, and building numerous .com experiences for startups to Fortune 500 brands.

With my proven experience in marketing and advertising across B2C & B2B, I understand the nuances of translating business problems into work that generates earned media attention and results. Creativity and technology are at the core of what I bring to businesses. Throughout my career, I’ve been called a “unicorn” because of my ability to design, develop, and build work across various platforms for industries like automotive, animal health, agriculture, cycling, outdoor apparel, insurance, and healthcare.

Recently, I had the pleasure of leading digital strategy, user experience, digital production, and development at Bader Rutter. Through my leadership and applying some practices that I learned to be effective and fun to bolster creativity and strategic planning, the group and agency won numerous awards, including the AWWWARDS Site of the Year.
