Cobalt Cattle

Cobalt Cattle is a major player in the U.S. beef industry, ranking as the fourth-largest cattle feeding operation. Founded in 2014, it has grown rapidly through ethical and sustainable practices. To accommodate this growth, Bader Rutter developed a new website to promote the Cobalt Cattle brand and serve as a front door for hiring and training talent.

 

As the leader of digital at Bader Rutter, I worked with my team to create a bilingual site that told a simple story. However, this seemingly straightforward website had the complex functionality to handle Cobalt Cattle's heavy recruitment and training needs. This innovative site experience even won the NAMA best in show award for digital.
